Here are some examples of the projects which have been recently completed by the 3c Veicolare students. It started on Feb. 15th when the 3c media class visited the BODIES exhibition in Milan with their Science teachers (Prof. O'Grady and Prof. Kone) and their Art teacher (Prof. Doherty). This exhibition gave the students the opportunity to observe in close detail the anatomy of the human body and be able to see real life examples of what they have studied in science class. In addition, in was a wonderful opportunity for the students to study the shape of the human body in different positions, something they went on to study in further detail during the month of March in art class during their Life Drawing lessons.
During the Easter Break, the students drew a human figure, following the rules they learnt in their life drawing classes, and after they drew the nervous system for their figure and labelled it, thus completing their Science-Art project!

Here are some examples of 2c's latest art works! After the seconda media trip to visit the 'Last Supper' in Milan in February, the class began a three part art project using the Last Supper as their focus image. The project allowed them to look at da Vinci's masterpiece in more detail and to practise creating tones of the primary colours, using three different mediums: paint, colour pencil and Microsoft Paint. I think the students enjoyed using the paint best! They are now hanging in the middle school corridor for all to admire.
